Membership

It's always great to take time out at Kingswood whether you just pop in for coffee or you spend a whole day here. To get the most enjoyment from your time, and to play a real part in the Kingswood community, then to join us as a Member comes highly recommended.

Members can enjoy our Club events, competitions and an active social diary. Priority tee times are allotted to Members, and our debit card scheme provides substantial Clubhouse discounts.

Membership is offered on two levels, Country Club and Full Membership. Our subscription year runs from 1st April to 31st March.

Full Membership

Full Membership is available for those golfers who want to get the most out of Kingswood. This level is suited to the active golfer and those members who want privileged access to prime tee times. Our Full Members are also the most socially active group within the Club. Full Membership offers the following benefits:

  - Inclusive unlimited golf at any time
  - Access to all competitions and matches
  - Access to prime tee times (before 11.00 a.m. at weekends)
  - Booking privileges up to 21 days in advance
  - Greater discounted green fees for up to 3 of your guests
  - Member’s Loyalty Card provides 12.5% discount in the Clubhouse
  - Discounted room hire in any of our function rooms
  - Free use of the Snooker Room
  - A full Golfing Calendar
  - A busy Social Calendar

Full Membership is broken down into the 3 categories: 

Full Member

This category offers all the benefits of being a Full Member repackaged as an innovative and economical alternative whereby you pay a reduced subscription and a reduced green fee. 

Full Member with 5 day Privileges

This category offers the same as a ‘Full Member’ with the added bonus of all inclusive golf Monday to Friday, including Bank Holidays. A green fee will be applicable at the weekend. 

Full Member with 7 day Privileges

This category offers the same as a ‘Full Member’ with the additional benefit of all inclusive golf 7 days a week.

Country Club Membership

Country Club is ideally suited to golfers who are not able to play as much golf as they would like, new golfers and those who already belong to another club.

No handicap is required on entry, however it is possible to establish and register a handicap as a Country Club Member. Country Club Membership offers the following benefits:

  - Subscription only £299.00*
  - Discounted green fees
  - Discounted green fees for up to 3 of your guests
  - Booking privileges up to 14 days in advance
  - Free use of the Snooker Room
  - Member’s Loyalty Card provides 12.5% discount in the Clubhouse
  - Discounted room hire in any of our function rooms
  - Eligibility to compete in Country Club Competitions and Country
    Club Championship

Colt Membership

This section is for 18-30 year olds. A colt member has the same playing privileges as a Full Member with 7 day Privileges. The joining fee can be spread over the amount of years you are eligible in the Colt's section. 

Junior Membership

The Junior Section, caters for boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 18 years. A one off Joining Fee is payable at £100.00.  

Academy Membership

2011 sees the introduction of a new category of membership at Kingswood ideally designed for the new and inspired golfer.  For a small fee, all individuals who are taught at Kingswood can enjoy playing 6 or 9 holes at a reduced rate.

Academy Membership benefits include:

  - Reduced green fees for 6 or 9 holes (midweek)
  - 14 days advanced bookings
  - Quick and easy access to Country Club Membership
  - Play with like minded golfers with similar ability
